Executive Jungle was founded in 2012 by Craig Heeley. With over 20 years experience in executive recruitment and CV writing, Craig’s vision was to create a professional CV writing service dedicated to assisting senior executives make their next successful career move. Executive Jungle has grown organically, predominantly through word of mouth, which we are exceptionally proud about.
We assist clients UK wide and help international clients looking for a new role in the UK. Back in early 2018 Aira Heeley joined the business in response to growing demand for our executive CV’s. We are now firmly established as a family enterprise, looking after more clients than ever before.
We pride ourselves on our extensive recruitment industry knowledge and our ability to offer exemplary client service. Quite simply, we understand what it takes to create a compelling, interview-generating CV for you.
Meet our leadership team
Craig Heeley
Founder & Managing Director
Craig has been immersed in the recruitment industry for many years as an Executive Search Consultant. Â He has been involved in the running and growth of recruitment sector firms, and started off his career with major recruitment names including Austin Benn and Alexander Mann.
As he worked his way up the career ladder he moved into the City and Financial recruitment sectors, developing specialist expertise in C-Suite level Senior Executive, Financial Management, Programme Management and IT Leadership.
Craig was invited to be a Parliamentary Aide, advising and commenting on business, enterprise and employment policy. He is also an Ambassador of the Institute of Directors and an experienced Non Executive Director.
He’s a recognised expert in private equity fundraising, both as an NED and an advisor. He’s an alumni of Imperial College, with a Certificate in Private Equity.
Craig is a driven and passionate business owner, but when he has some rare time off, he loves to travel or do a spot of clay pigeon shooting in the great outdoors.

Aira Heeley
Business Development Director
Aira joined Executive Jungle in early 2018. Aira started her career in sales within the hospitality sector, and after a series of promotions through Hilton Hotels, she more recently held the position of Sales Director at the famous Strand Palace.
Aira’s primary focus within Executive Jungle is on business development, strategic partnerships and customer engagement. Aira is passionate about customer loyalty and retention. You’ll almost certainly hear from Aira during your experience with us – she keeps the customer journey running smoothly!
Aira has extensive professional and personal development experience and can offer our clients expert advice during the professional CV writing process.
She is a recognised LinkedIn expert. Her knowledge of the LinkedIn platform and network, and how to get the best out of it is second to none.
