Meet the team
Craig has been immersed in the recruitment industry for many years and has previously held both fee earning and management roles with executive recruiters including Austin Benn Consultants, David Chorley Associates and Alexander Mann.
As he worked his way up the career ladder he moved into the City and Financial recruitment sectors, developing specialist expertise in Programme Management and IT Leadership.
Craig was invited to be a Parliamentary Aide, advising and commenting on business, enterprise and employment policy. He is also an active member of the Institute of Directors. Craig is a driven and passionate business owner, but when he has some rare time off, he loves to travel or do a spot of clay pigeon shooting in the great outdoors.
Business Development Director
Aira joined Executive Jungle in early 2018. Aira started her career in sales within the London hotel industry and after a series of promotions through Hilton Hotels, she more recently held the position of Sales Director at the Strand Palace Hotel. Aira’s primary focus is on business development, strategic partnerships and customer engagement. Aira is passionate about customer loyalty and retention.
Aira has extensive professional and personal development experience and can offer our clients expert advice during the professional CV writing process. Outside work, Aira is a keen traveller and has a love for architecture and gardening.
